I've been away for several months. Broke my ankle in July while crossing the border from the US to Canada so have been recuperating. Am back to cycling and learning to live in Canada I look forward to participating more here and am enjoying looking through the posts.

It has been over ten years since I retired from full-time practice and spent three months volunteering and traveling in Southeast Asia.
