Ways to Live From Your Authentic Heart

Create and celebrate with Intention.

Let your days reflect the shape of your life.

As the cycles of nature revolve,

listen and heed your natural rhythms.

Befriend your emotions and let your breath

be a teacher of letting go.

Connection begins with you. Take a risk

and reach out.

Find balance in moving your body.

Technology can help us connect

but nothing can substitute for real presence.

Living your… Continue

Free Yourself from the Shore of Sameness - Adventure is Calling!

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - Mark Twain

This is such a great reminder of how we can get into our safe, cozy lives and let our passion and creativity fizzle. I've seen it many times in my clients - they come in with that loss of… Continue

Finding Renewal and Balance during the Holidaze!

Do you find yourself needing a vacation after Christmas vacation? Are you exhausted from all the shopping, running around, buying, wrapping, buying, wrapping, buying, wrapping? Let’s take a look at some simple ways to make this time of year one filled with joy and meaning.

At this time of year we all feel the tug (perhaps bombardment is a better word) from our culture to spend as much as possible. It’s as if we’re not OK if we aren’t practically killing ourselves, running up the… Continue

WRC Extraordinary Woman In Business Award 9/11/9

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! The evening couldn’t have been more perfect – classic early Fall with cool temps and a stunning sunset. Over 200 women gathered together for a cause they care about – the Women’s Resource Center. Add to that great food, wine and entertainment – you’ve got a recipe for a wonderful time. But it went so much further than that. To me it felt like one of my retreats, synergy and connection on steroids! There was such a… Continue

WHAT’S ON MY MIND OR WHAT’S ON TV?

What’s on my mind or what’s on my TV? Both! It’s the US Open and the biggest stage for worldwide tennis there is. I’m reflecting on my trip to the Open in 2001, just before 9/11 when our world changed so dramatically. That trip combined so many metaphors for life. My goal was to see great matches and meet my favorite player Pat Rafter from Australia. And I did both! What a crazy 3 days in Flushing Meadows, NY – a combination of exhilaration, heat exhaustion (man, it’s humid there) and wonderful… Continue

I like your message! Tell me more about the coaching you provide!

Our technology offers an alternative to the traditional route of the continuum of care and gives someone the independence of staying at home while giving family "peace of mind" that the resident is happy, healthy, active and safe. GrandCare is an activity & telewellness sensor-based technology (no wearables or cameras). Know that someone has gotten out of bed, eaten, taken meds, didn't leave the house during the night, blood pressure, weight, glucose, pulse ox levels are normal, etc. Meanwhile care-partners can send pictures, emails, videos, calendar appts, trivia, weather reports & more to a dedicated TV monitor in the loved one's home.

Nice to meet you!! :)

We usually do them at a retreat center or rent a house in the mountains where there is plenty of walking in nature. It is quite intense.

I don't feel there is any conflict when it comes to assisting others that are seeking to raise consciousness.

With regards to the Wisdom School we are not advertising or marketing it like a business. We are looking for people interested in doing an Enlightenment Intensive. It is usually an intimate group of 8 to 10 people and the cost is between $350 and $400. Transportation not included. We prepare participants for an Intensive with a One day in order to get them familiar with the technique. We have found that most people find it intimidating to focus on inquiring into Who Am I? for 3 1/2 days. Therefore, it takes a very serious person that is attracted to this kind of work. There are no lectures, workbooks, writing or journaling of any kind. In between each 40 minute process there are short and long breaks and one is encouraged to stay focused on the question, therefore there is no conversation. It is quite intense.

Well, I guess we're on for Monday? At least that's what is shows in your comments on Amy's site. I didn't hear. 9am pacific. Perfect. Let's use my conference line. 712-421-8787; code 1111#. I emailed Amy this info before reading below that she was going to give a conf #. I'm finding this site a bit confusing for sending emails. Maybe I just don't know it well enough. Like, can I send emails from my page to the both of you at one time? I'm also not seeing info between the two of you, is tehre a way to cc someone in? Anyway, let me know which conference line we'll be using. My regular email is karen@wrightminded.com. Easier to use that???

Let's just wait till next week to talk...only wanted to chat prior if you had time and if your schedule was not hectic. I do not want to make your week more hectic by adding one more thing to your list. I would love to check out your seminar. I will go to the link that you gave on your profile.

I will send conference call number and code information out through private e-mail here at Boomer Authority to both you and Karen by the end of the day today.
