There was a great article in the NY Times yesterday about professionals age 50-75 who are switching careers. They are applying their skills to non profits or starting new businesses. Bottom line: they are doing something they love. Many started out volunteering to try out a new career while continuing to work. The change, no matter where they end up, is energizing.
