As a career coach I specialize in introducing Boomers (and their seniors) to non-profit careers that suit their particular interests and aggregate experience. Once we determine what social issues matter most to them we identify how they could contribute to that field. Then I pull out all the stops to help them access opportunities that excite their curiosity and passion. My network offers a fertile field for exploration. Our process is a learning experience that narrows the choices until the client finds the right match.

Branding Yourself Using Social Media ── Success in “Branding” yourself, and by extension your organization, in the social media space can be summarized in a single word: Engagement! Here are three suggestions: 1. Make Friends with other likeminded professionals on Boomer Authority™. 2. Join or create a Group and share your experiences and advance your ideas. 3. Post a compelling Discussion Topic couched in such a way as to evoke responses that lead to a better understanding of a particular topic/issue. Position yourself as a Thought Leader. Engage!
