Most people I see want to work at least part-time after they retire from their first career. Is that your experience as well?

Whether you have an interest in what's ahead for the baby boomer cohort, have experienced age discrimination or have an opinion about the future for work and baby boomers, I want to hear YOUR opinions on the topic! I'd like to know what you think about where you see the future lies for work and baby boomers. Do you think age discrimination will be on the rise? What do you think might happen to the present laws that protect older workers? What is YOUR organization doing to hire or NOT older workers? I want to hear WHATEVER you have to say about age discrimination and baby boomers!! Tell me what your opinions are!! Hurry!
