I have been working with senior federal government people to help them discover the work they would love to do in retirement. Most people I see want to work at least part-time after they retire from their first career. Is that your experience as well?

Who inspired you today? And who did YOU inspire today?
I'm inspired daily by clients who reinvent themselves brilliantly.

I'm doing a project for my MPA program on workplace age discrimination and baby boomers and I'd like to get feedback from anyone that would like to provide their views about the topic. Whether you have an interest in what's ahead for the baby boomer cohort, have experienced age discrimination or have an opinion about the future for work and baby boomers, I want to hear YOUR opinions on the topic! I'd like to know what you think about where you see the future lies for work and baby boomers. Do you think age discrimination will be on the rise? What do you think might happen to the present laws that protect older workers? What is YOUR organization doing to hire or NOT older workers? I want to hear WHATEVER you have to say about age discrimination and baby boomers!! Tell me what your opinions are!! Hurry! I have limited time to collect your opinions, so I am hoping everyone will have something to say!! Hope to hear from you soon!

Please send all your responses to
Please include your age, gender, and employment status. If you are employed, it would be great to know if you have embarked on a second, third, fourth....etc career!! Participation is voluntary and there is no compensation other than my gratitude and most likely, your intrinsic fuzzies!
