I would like to add a gluten free affiliate to my website? Has anyone had an experience with particular vendors they do or do not like? I would like them to offer a variety of products. Continue

Just thought I'd drop in and share that I have had celiac disease my entire life and have never really fully recovered- even after removing all the gluten sources from my diet.
Recently I have been working with a very gifted medical researcher who shared with me that the original diet for celiacs also elminated all dairy and potatoes.
It seems that these sugar molecules duplicate those of gliadin and damage the intestines just like the sources of gluten we all recognize today.
If you aren't as well as you'd like to be, try eliminating dairy ( this is not news) and POTATOES (this IS news) and see if this doesn't help.
Doing so has certainly helped me.
I wish you all good health and happiness!
