I am not talking about what truly is the biggest benefit an assisted living facility can offer but what is the most convincing benefit that takes a potential resident from shopper to buyer?
I believe it is the exterior and interior look of the facility. I think the number 2 most convincing benefit is the feeling of community and organized activities and the 3rd is the lunch and dinner menu.
Would love to hear what other people have to say on this.
I think the biggest most overlooked benefit an assisted living facility can offer is quality care through care worker staff. Unfortunately this most important benefit is often overlooked and not what sells people on moving into an assisted living facility. Most facilities simply point out a smiling face, go over how many care workers they have and move on. Unfortunately the care worker to resident ratio is often not true to the real number.
