Does Your Senior Loved One Have Selective Hearing or Something More?

I think sometimes we want to laugh-off the idea that our parents, loved ones (or even ourselves) have 'selective hearing'! Maybe this happens more when it comes to asking someone to take out the trash, or when asking for money.

But Kate Dekok, Canada‘s chief audiologist at ListenUP!, says that oftentimes it may be a polite cover for actual hearing loss - a seemingly embarrassing situation. She offers some very helpful information in the newsletter link below that I know you'll enjoy.

Do you have any funny or practical stories about this topic you would like to share?
